We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for considering our services and point out some of the terms and conditions of our business criteria. We hope you will find these policies listed below helpful and informative in explaining the extent of our services.

By scheduling any service with Shine Strike, you hereby agree to all terms listed in this document.
Vehicle Terms
Shine Strike reserves the right to refuse service for any vehicle that poses a health or safety risk, including but not limited to vehicles with excessive dirt, trash, mold, or hazardous materials.
All vehicles must have working windows and doors to ensure proper access during the detailing process. Please ensure the vehicle is free of personal belongings before the scheduled service time. Shine Strike is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
Weather Policy
If Shine Strike cannot complete a service due to inclement weather (e.g., rain or severe conditions), we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
Service Guarantee
Shine Strike strives for excellence in every service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your detailing service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of the service. Shine Strike accepts cash
Liability Waiver
Shine Strike is not liable for pre-existing or any damage done during the detail damage to a vehicle, including but not limited to paint imperfections, dents, scratches, or interior wear. Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle prior to the service appointment.
We are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical issues that arise during or after detailing.
SMS Consent
By scheduling a service with Shine Strike, you agree to receive SMS notifications regarding your appointment. These notifications include appointment confirmations, rescheduling updates, and reminders. Shine Strike will not share or sell your phone number to third parties, and you can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message
Privacy Policy
Shine Strike values your privacy. Any personal information collected during scheduling (e.g., phone numbers, email addresses) is used solely for the purpose of providing services and communication. We do not share, sell, or distribute your information to any third parties.

By scheduling any service with Shine Strike, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed above.
